HAMM & BARRY is a small, general practice law firm located in St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands, serving the planning, transactional and litigation needs of small businesses and individuals. Our services range from assistance with the simple purchase of a home on the Island to the formation of a complex, multistate business entity utilizing Virgin Islands tax shelter opportunities; from the drafting of a simple will to the creation of a complex trust with multinational holdings; from the trial of a simple personal injury case to the litigation of a complex shareholder derivative suit. The firm utilizes the Westlaw computer legal research system on a daily basis, with the result that we have full and instantaneous access to all of federal law, as well as the current cases and statutes of all 50 States.
